MICROSOFT MANAGEMENT SUMMIT 2013

Microsoft engaged Exsilio to drive demand generation for the Microsoft Management Summit (MMS 2013), a technical conference aimed at increasing attendees’ technical expertise. The registration goal was 5,050 attendees. Exsilio built a cohesive campaign strategy, a comprehensive style guide, and produced creative assets to support both demand generation efforts and on-site creative needs.

In support of this strategy, Exsilio delivered a deployment calendar and campaign implementation for a comprehensive list of marketing tactics including email marketing, social media, Microsoft newsletter placements, targeted blog placements, and targeted tactics on informational resources frequented by developers and IT professionals – such as TechNet and other Microsoft properties.

The creative assets produced were pivotal in campaign performance, and feedback from attendees and stakeholders was overwhelmingly positive. The Exsilio campaign achieved the “stretch goal” of 103% registrations, reaching 5,200 registered attendees.
