Exsilio Solutions is proud to support the United Way of King County through donating to the Annual United Way Breakfast. This year's breakfast will cover a report to the community on the impact that the United Way has had over the past year, as well as an update on the issue of hunger in King County.
Exsilio will continue to support the UWKC through an employee giving campaign as well as volunteering during the Day of Caring on September, 16.
United Way of King County’s annual breakfast this year will take a close look at the rising problem of hunger in the community — and the many ways it plays out in people’s lives. Experts like Professor Adam Drewnowski of the UW’s Center for Public Health Nutrition and Dr. Ben Danielson of the Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic will examine how economic insecurity shapes a person’s food choices, and how those choices radically alter prospects for a healthy, productive life.
