In the position, the developer will be working as part of the larger development team specifically focused on the data platform aspects of various projects.

The ideal candidate has large scale database and business intelligence experience, as well as the following:

• Projects include developing SSIS packages for ETL and data manipulation processes
• OLTP database design, performance tuning and security model implementations
• Successful implementations of Data marts and Data warehouses with design/maintenance of SSAS OLAP cubes
• SSRS Report Creation
• TSQL and MDX expertise with stored procedure, function, and query development.
• Strong desire and passion for data structures and data platforms
• Strong skillsets in Excel and the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack

We currently have open positions for Mid to Senior Level C# / ASP.NET / Database Developers to join our development team in Irvine, CA. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent positions.

In the position, the developer would be responsible for Full Lifecycle Development from requirements gathering from end users, technology selection, prototyping, development, and release. We are looking for a developer that can handle working both independently and with a team as the company and role grows.

The Marketing Manager role at Exsilio Solutions involves the following activities:

• Daily face-to-face and email communication with high profile clients
• Planning of online and offline marketing campaigns including social media and search engine marketing
• Understanding and working within Microsoft requirements and deadlines for campaign management
• Analysis of web and marketing campaign analytics using WebTrends, ExactTarget and other marketing related tools and systems.
• Deliver marketing insight, strategy and analytics to client for program improvements
• Ad-hoc marketing planning depending on client needs
• Management of other vendors, depending on project structure
• Travel to and from Microsoft main campus as needed
• Team work with other Exsilio marketing managers
• Four years in marketing or advertising fields is required
• Client-facing experience required
• Microsoft experience and thorough understanding of Microsoft’s business, products, and services, or related work a plus
• Experience with online advertising, media planning and buying a plus

Exsilio Solutions is looking for a mid-level graphic designer with experience designing rich media user interfaces for both online and offline applications, and a working knowledge of traditional design fundamentals. Our fast paced environment offers a wide range of creative opportunities such as website design, corporate branding, multi-media projects, online ads, and print media. Excellent communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a creative team environment are a must.

• Proficiency in production standard design software including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, and Dreamweaver. Experience with After Effects, Premier Pro, and Microsoft’s Expression Suite is a big plus.
• Keen sense of design, layout and typography principles.
